Establishing this arm of the business in 2011, we specialise in fixtures and fittings valuations for public houses, bars, restaurants, night clubs, hotels, care homes, retail premises, and other licensed, leisure or commercial properties.  

We frequently act for private individuals in a variety of both matrimonial and business related acquisitions, separations, tenancy hand overs and exists. We also count nationwide pub operating companies and worldwide investment, consultancy companies amongst our clients.  We offer competitive and transparent rates, where our valuers use their vast experience and professional judgement to give the most appropriate and accurate advice.
